Trip to the zoo for 1st graders 🐬🥰

Last Thursday, 1st graders went on a trip to the zoo to learn about different habitats and animal adaptations. We couldn’t have possibly imagined a better one! Jolly moods, crisp air, the sun shining, upon our faces and the autumn leaves rustling under our feet. Stunned by the ideal location, in the middle of the forest, we wandered freely along the paths and listened to interesting facts told by our guides. The animals, rare and exotic, looked wonderful in their carefully designed zoo habitats: tall giraffes strolling gracefully, brown pandas napping lazily in the trees, the black jaguar striding, impatiently waiting for its meal. We were excited to visit the mini zoo and its inhabitants too: llamas, goats and ponies ate carrots out of our hands! Finally, it was time for us to get back to school, just in time for our lunch – we got a bit hungry after all 😉
