§1

General information

Privacy policy includes information in terms of personal data processing
, regarding the users of www.cischool.edu.pl website (further referred to as “Website“), including the obligatory information resulting from the Act of European Parliament 2016/679 from 27 April 2016 on protecting physical persons due to their personal data protection, and on free flow of such data, and on dismissing Directive 95/46/WE (further: RODO).

Personal data administrator

The administrator of the personal data is CIS Education sp. z o.o. that provides educational services in Niepubliczne Przedszkole Cracow International School in Cracow, Niepubliczna Szkoła Podstawowa
z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi Cracow International School in Cracow or Niepubliczne Dwujęzyczne Liceum Ogólnokształcące Cracow International School in Cracow –
depending on which unit you are contacting. You can contact the administrator:

§3

Aims, legal basis, and the period of data processing – forms

  1. The Administrator processes your personal data only if you use
    the contact forms described below.
  2. In case you use the following enrolment forms: (https://www.cischool.edu.pl/przedszkole/rekrutacja/ – for the kindergarten; https://www.cischool.edu.pl/szkola-podstawowa/rekrutacja/ – for the primary school;  https://www.cischool.edu.pl/liceum/rekrutacja/ – for the high schools), the administrator processes the following personal data:
    1. Parent’s/Guardian’s name and last name,
    2. Parent’s/Guardian’s e-mail address
    3. Parent’s/Guardian’s phone number
    4. Child’s name and last name
    5. Child’s date of birth
  3. The data mentioned in point 2 is processed by the administrator for the purposes of including the child in the admission process to a chosen unit, and this is done
    on the basis of Parent’s/Guardian’s consent (par. 6 pt.  1 let. a RODO), and the data will be processed for this purpose until the end of the admission process.
  4. If you use one of the following contact forms (https://www.cischool.edu.pl/kontakt/ or https://www.cischool.edu.pl/cracow-international-school/), the administrator processes the following personal data you provide:
    1. name and last name
    2. e-mail address,
    3. phone number.
  5. The data mentioned in point 4 is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or solving the matter you have described in the contact form, including sending marketing information about the services you have inquired about and this is done on the basis of your consent (par. 6 pt.  1 let. a RODO), and the data will be processed for the aforementioned purpose for the period necessary for the realisation of the case.
  6. If you use a form which allows you to organise an information meeting (https://www.cischool.edu.pl/zaproszenie-na-spotkanie/), the administrator processes the following data you provide:
    1. name and last name
    2. e-mail address,
    3. phone number.
  7. The data mentioned in point 6 is processed in order to
    contact you. You will be contacted by an authorised employee in order to set up a meeting and to hold a meeting, and this is done on the basis of your consent (par. 6 pt.  1 let. a RODO), and the data will be processed for the aforementioned purpose for the period necessary for the realisation of the case.
  8. The consent mentioned in par. 3, 5, and 7 can be
    withdrawn at any time, without giving a reason, yet it does not influence the legality of data processing that took place before the withdrawal.
  9. Moreover, the personal data described in par. 2, 4, and 6
    is also processed in order to determine, investigate, or defend against your claims, which is a legitimate interest of the administrator (par. 6 pt.  1 let. f), yet the data will be processed for the aforementioned purpose only until the end of an ongoing investigation, or, in case no investigation has been started by the limitation period, the data will be processed until the end of the limitation period.

Recipients of personal data

The personal data described in par 3 pt. 2, 4, and 6 is disclosed to authorised employees of the administrator, and to entities who have a data processing agreement signed with the administrator, including the hosting company and IT company.

Transferring the data to third countries

Your data will not be transferred to third countries.

The rights of the persons whom the data applies to

In terms of your personal data, you have the right to:

  1. access your personal data – you have the right to know if your personal data is processed by the administrator, and, if so, what the scope, the aim
    and the period of processing is;
  2. receive a copy of the data – you can apply to be given a copy of the processed data, and the administrator has to respond to your request within one month, and to give you a copy of the processed data in a way that the first copy is delivered free of charge, and delivering each next copy may depend on your payment for that
    in a reasonable amount, resulting from administrative costs;
  3. correct the data – you have the right to demand the administrator to correct incorrect personal data immediately, and, in certain cases, to supplement the data, too;
  4. have the data deleted (to be forgotten) – you have the right to demand the administrator to delete your data, and the administrator has an obligation to do so as soon as it is possible, provided that no reasons described in
    RODO apply, which would make it impossible for the administrator to agree for your demand;
  5. to limit the processing – the administrator limits the processing in case:
  1. you question the correctness of your personal data – for the period that allows the administrator to verify the correctness of the data;
  2. processing is illegal but there is no consent for the data to be fully deleted;
  3. there is no need for the administrator to process the data but you need the data to determine, start, or defend an investigation;
  4. you have filed an objection described in par. 21 pt.21 pt.  1 RODO – until the validity of the objection is verified;
  1. to transfer the data –  you have the right to apply to the administrator to transfer your personal data to another administrator without difficulties, yet this applies only to the data you have provided. The administrator has an obligation to transfer the data to the new administrator in a form that allows for machine reading of the data. The right to transfer the data applies only to automatically processed data which the administrator received in order to perform the contractual obligations or on the basis of your consent (in terms of the data that applies to you);
  2. to object against the processing of the data in terms of the data that applies to you, you can file an objection:
  1. against processing your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, at any moment, in the scope in which processing is connected to such direct marketing. If you file an objection against processing your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, the administrator is no longer allowed to process it for this purpose;
  2. due to reasons resulting from your special situation, against processing your personal data, including profiling, on the legal basis of:
    1. the necessity of processing for the purposes of completing a task realised
      for the public interest purposes, or within holding public power by the administrator, or
    2. necessity of processing for the purposes resulting from legitimate interest realised by the administrator or by a third party.
  3. against processing personal data for scientific or historical examination or for statistical purposes, for the reasons resulting from your special situation, unless processing is necessary to complete a task realised in public interest.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

  1. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority, and that is the Chairman of Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies

  1. Due to publishing the content of the website, the administrator uses the so-called cookies,
    which are information technology data, especially text files, including information that is saved on your device by servers (e.g. on your computer, tablet, mobile phone). Servers can read the information every time you connect with the use of this device. Cookies usually include the name of the Internet domain they come from, the time of their storage at the device, and a unique number. The Website may also use other technologies which have similar or the same functions as cookies. In the provisions of this paragraph, information concerning cookies applies to other similar technologies, too.

Changes of the privacy policy

  1. This policy can be changed by the administrator at any time.
    Users will be informed about every change by means of the Website.
  2. This policy applies from 25 May 2018.
