General info - High School
The Non-Public High School at Cracow International School is an international secondary school offering a British educational pathway for students aged 14–18. Teaching is delivered entirely in English, and the academic programme is structured around two stages: IGCSE and A Levels.
During the first two years (IGCSE), students build a broad academic foundation while exploring their interests through one of two pathways: Science or Humanities & Social Sciences. In the following stage, students progress to A Levels, selecting three or four subjects aligned with their intended university pathway and future academic goals.
The academic pathway is designed to provide students with a broad educational foundation before allowing them to focus on the subjects that best reflect their interests and future university plans. Cambridge qualifications are recognised by universities worldwide, providing access to higher education in Poland and internationally.
The High School holds accreditations from Cambridge International Education and Oxford AQA. It also operates as an official Cambridge Examination Centre (PL027), a Cambridge English Preparation Centre, and an accredited Pearson Edexcel Examination Centre.
School life extends beyond the classroom through international projects, exchange programmes, partnerships with schools abroad, and a wide range of extracurricular activities, giving students opportunities to develop their interests and gain valuable international experience.

The curriculum delivered at the Non-Public High School of Cracow International School is based on the Cambridge British education model and guides students through two stages of study: Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge Advanced (AS & A Levels).
The first two years of education (Years 10–11) comprise the IGCSE programme, which provides broad academic preparation while enabling students to develop interests across a range of subject areas. This stage is characterised by exploration, the development of independence, and the gradual identification of individual academic interests and future pathways. While maintaining a broad curriculum, students begin to shape their academic profile through subject choices and areas of interest, laying the foundations for future specialisation within the Science or Humanities academic pathway.
During the following two years (Years 12–13), students progress to the Cambridge Advanced programme, selecting three or four subjects aligned with their intended field of study. This model enables focused subject specialisation and supports deliberate preparation for further education in Poland and internationally.

Cambridge International AS & A Level examinations are internationally recognised qualifications that form the final stage of the British educational pathway delivered at the Non-Public High School of Cracow International School.
Cracow International School holds official accreditations from Cambridge International Education and Oxford AQA, as well as Cambridge Examination Centre status (PL027), enabling the delivery of international programmes and the administration of examinations in line with Cambridge requirements and examination standards.
The programmes delivered through Cambridge International and Oxford AQA are recognised by universities worldwide and provide direct preparation for higher education both in Poland and internationally.
English - High School
English is the language of instruction at the Non-Public High School of Cracow International School. Subjects within the Cambridge programme are taught in English, and students work with English-language educational resources while preparing for Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge AS & A Level qualifications.
English accompanies students throughout every stage of the learning process, from classroom instruction and educational resources to project work and examination preparation.

Non-Public High School Cracow International School is recruiting for the school year 2024/2025 to a four-year high school. Recruitment has two main stages and consists of a language test and an analysis of the student's past educational performance.
Documents required in the process of recruitment to a high school:
- Polish primary school students: certificate from grade 7 of primary school + mid-year results from grade 8
- students from foreign schools or from Polish schools not implementing the Polish core curriculum: a diploma, a certificate or a report containing information about the student's grades and skills from the previous school year
- students of Polish high schools: a certificate from the last completed grade, current educational results
Foreign students are assigned to classes on the basis of separate regulations.
