Our School Joins the “Młode Głowy” Mental Health Initiative
We are proud to share that our school has joined the national prevention program “Godzina dla Młodych Głów” (An Hour for Young Minds), an initiative focused on promoting mental health and emotional well-being among students.
The program aims to support young people in developing key personal and social skills, such as:

Effective communication

Setting healthy boundaries

Managing stress

Building self-awareness and resilience
By participating in this initiative, we want to create space for open conversations around challenges that students may face and foster trust and mutual understanding between students and teachers.
Throughout the school year, students will take part in engaging activities during homeroom lessons, designed to strengthen these essential life skills in a safe and supportive environment.
We believe that mental well-being is just as important as academic success—and this program is an important step in supporting our students on both fronts.
